Hopefully the Pospisocks can regain their doubles form. But I hope Murray/Peers do well.

As for the singles probably Djokovic, I just can't imagine who would be able to hand him only his 4th loss this season. Karlovic, Federer, Wawrinka are the 3 so far. Unless he gets an injury. It'll be interesting to see if someone can knock him off, possibly in an early round!

Pretty much my thoughts.

Djokovic is only as good as his opponent allows him to be, always been that way since 2011.
He's great at cashing in on the poor form/health of others, but Prime Djokovic lost 4 slams meetings in a row to aging Nadal, and the most lopsided was 2013 US Open.
And last year he did nothing in the US Summer, because its not the Australian Open.
He's not the most complete hardcourter, even though that's his specialty.
Agassi is what I call a complete hardcourter- 4 AOs, 2 USOs (Agassi gets extra credit for having to play Sampras at the USO).
And Connors is most likely better, but didn't play the AO enough which he would have surely dominated (he played it twice, won it once and runner-up).
And of course Pete Sampras.
But you have to win the USO and AO at least twice each if you want to be in contention (apart from the case of Connors), so Djokovic is clearly not in contention. Masters titles have never mattered (or else everybody would have put Nadal ahead of Federer years ago).

Nadal and Murray are playing doubles. Should be fun!

I don't think Tsonga will repeat but I hope he does well.

Rafa in Murray's half. Doubles partner will be seeing a lot of each other.

Possible QFs: Djokovic-Berdych, Wawrinka-Raonic, Nishikori-Nadal, Murray-Cilic. #CoupeRogers

Possible QF's are:

Djokovic
vs
Berdych

Wawrinka
vs
Raonic

Nadal
vs
Nishikori

Cilic
vs
Murray

EDIT: Nevermind, Pagoo beat me to it.

Hope Rafa gets to flatten Kyrgios too.
Good matchups for Rafa I like Rafa-Murray on hardcourt, and Rafa-Nishikori is always Rafa.
Djokovic has the worst SF draw- Wawrinka has become his nightmare.

I wasn't even aware Raonic was playing, thought he was still injured. Tough draw for Nadal, hoping to see a Djokovic/Murray final.

Yep. Right after Wimbledon when he had to pull out of Davis Cup he said his goal was to be good and ready for the Rogers Cup. I'm glad he's able to go!

Funny how some of the matchups work out. You've got a 1st round match of Lopez vs Robredo. That's the #19 player in the world vs. #22. Then the winner of that match gets the pleasure of facing Murray in the 2nd round. I guess you can turn that the other way around and say that sucks for Murray too.

Sad to see Raonic get such a tough draw. Would be great if Stan-Nishikori could make the finals.

Wonder if Novak will have a lapse like last year ?

Another unlucky draw for Tomic. He got Djokovic in the quarters at Indian Wells, was set to be djokovics 3R match for the French Open, Wimbledon and Monte Carlo masters. And now he will face Cilic in Round 2. Anyone think Tomic can win that one?

If Cilic wins tomorrow against Kei, he may come tired. He has had fairly long matches.

Nadal has more votes then Djokovic. Did I miss something? Sure he won Hamburg but he didn't face any top 10 players or anything. You guys think he will beat Nishikori in the he QF, Murray in the Semis and possibly Djokovic/Wawrinka in the final???

Don't underestimate the Tennis Ninja Warrior. I voted for Rafa out of wishful thinking, but The Ninja might be the darkhorse to win the whole thing. Just sayan.

There are many Rafa fans with wishful thoughts. Can you blame us ?

I wouldn't be averse to seeing Nishikori winning his first Masters here but one wonders how playing in Washington this week will affect his performance. Hopefully he'll be fit and raring to go, he needs to avenge that Madrid final in the quarters.

This is the North American Summer = Rafa Land.
Djokovic has no place here.

Hm, not really a fan of giving Peliwo a WC. Doesn't seem deserving of it atm.
Have to agree with that. Peliwo has been underwhelming. (I would love him to find his footing though, but haven't seen any positive signs yet.) I would have preferred that youngun' Felix would have received a WC into the qualies. ...but still happy to wait a year or two for him to settle in. Perhaps best to not rush it.
