Djokovic is refusing to relenquish his momentum, he is here to win. I am glad he is amped and ready for the ultimate challenge - Nadal on clay.

Have you been watching tennis lately?

Yep I saw the highest quality match in the history of the Nadal-Isner rivalry today.
Nadal's form this week is on par with 2010 clay season, so he's running the table.
32 winners, 12 unforced errors and the best he's moved since 2008, absolute lightning.
Djokovic might as well join the golf tour, because Nadal has the tennis tour taken care of in 2015.

Nadal will need to step it up a bit to beat ferrer

If Djokovic wins this event, I think he might the first person to win six tier one events in a row. I know it is still very early, and with Nadal in the draw, the challenge is immense, but he is still on course! :)

True. Hard is his best surface, clay is not. Makes it all the more remarkable that he's managed to beat invincible Nadal in all clay masters and pushed him to a 5th at RG.

Pretty much this.

Clay is his worst surface out of the other ones, but he still has terrific results. Better than many specialists.

Tsonga lost to Cilic? Did not think that would happen really. Match any good?

He is very versatile and adaptable. I really hope he'll end up with Cincy and RG. He deserves to be the one doing the tier 1 sweep. RG will be the toughest of course.

Really has more of a chance at RG than Cincy. At least he's getting some sets there, and mostly avoiding the bagels

That is why I will find it so unfair if he never wins RG because imo he is better than Fed on clay but what can you do? Life is not always fair.

Bagel at Cincy was against Fed, no? He's had plenty of finals at Cincy. He can win it.

I agree vero. He good at them all, very flexible, just Nadal is the king of clay. He is insanely good at RG too. If Djoko beat Rafa there it's arguably the greatest thing achieved in sport, let alone tennis. Only he can but I agree it takes some effort to topple Nadal in clay BO5. Nole can do it but it would take one big slog and an epic sustained level. Look forward to their classy battles this year. Will be an epic semi at MC, if they meet. Part 1 of their 2015 clay rivalry :) exciting times.
