Cilic has always had his best results in slams.

He's a BO5 player, I guess.

I watched his matches, his serve is much better now. Once he has the serve in, he is more relaxed. He still makes some UEs but swings with a lot freedom, unlike a couple months ago, you can see a lot hesitations and self doubt, it's a good sign he is getting his confidence back.

Has anyone watched Cilic this tournament? He's getting some good results. It could potentially be an interesting R4 against Ferrer.

Cilic looked confident indeed. Very impressive how he dismantled Mayer. Serving and moving very well. I hope myself and the many others were wrong about him being a 1 slam wonder

I agree. He's being too obvious, and he isn't putting enough pressure on it, merely directing the ball to that side. Sock has had no problems breaking the pattern and unleashing the beast.

Dude, Sock has attacked the net plenty and has fantastic touch on the volleys. He's also been opening the court smartly. Coric has indeed been a bit more one-dimensional, but he has some smart chops as well from time to time.

Did not expect this.

The socking of Coric u mean? Sock has been thoroughly solid through this tournament, and was 'reking Dimitrov real hard in the first round.
