Stretch really does make sense as a nickname for Novak but I can't help but think of NBA Street and NBA Street Volume 2, two of my favorite games as a kid, when you say that. I don't know if you're familiar with them being from Australia but Stretch starts at 1:25 in the video, the dude with the amazing afro.

The one thing that really stand out to me watching Ferrer, and what I think really places him just below the top tier, is that he really can't (or won't) rip backhands down the line. Of course, he does it occasionally, but it doesn't seem to be a consistent option for him.

My point is I'm not extra kind to Fed fans just because I'm a Fed fan. Ya seen this place - it's a madhouse! But yes, usually fans of a certain player have an obvious bias toward their own fan base I agree. I'm just challenging the logic - sport for me.
