R1:Italy
No Fed No Stan Italy should win
Djokos playing as is Murray hoping that Serbia and GB meet.
Thanks for the info.

Makes it easy.

R1: Italy

Guess, Swiss will only plan to play regulation and keep them in the world group. Why bother......

LOL...back up???

Lol, I was going to say I don't think we'll need backups for this one, these rubbers almost always get played out. I've never seen a rubber forfeited, even if players can't go, they'll just sub someone else in. Like one year one of the Bryan brothers wasn't feeling well, so they subbed in either Isner or Querrey to play with the other one for doubles.

The only way a backup would be required is if the whole team did not show up.

Lol, that's crazy, but I can't see the Italians losing. Everyone of their players are ranked higher than the opposition, and considerably so. Also, they're at home and it's on clay.

Yes, even if they lose the doubles, it would take a minor miracle for Italy to lose the singles ties - it's a pretty straightforward pick for most people it seems.

True, but they are possibly strong enough to win QFs and beyond. Do you really want to use that bullet this early???
