2016 ATP Sudden Death League: US Open

Wow, Murray you MUGGIEST of MUGS.

SF: NPA
Still not a bad year in the Slams - 2 Finals, 1 SF and a R4 appearance, plus OSG - only 1 incorrect pick

Do it for all of us mate. Murray mugged up leaving me with NPA
Thanks and bad luck guys @Krish872007 @La Grande @IAmFinnish Hope I can do you proud and reach the final.

But I can't win the tournament. Shame. That would have been my second slam of the year. Oh well I can complain with 2 slam finals this year and the fact that I won one of them. So please Nishikori beat Wawrinka!!

2016 US Open Roundup: This Slam hasn't disappointed with its share of SDL upsets. No winners at the end of the day, but personally quite pleased to have reached the SFs given that I was 1 point away from being knocked out on Day 1 (Vesely) and on Day 2 (Johnson) - then didn't drop a set after that. The Updated Rankings and Updated Race Tables are displayed in the post below. All to play for as we head into the final stretch of the 2016 season - no-one is guaranteed a Top 8 spot yet, though it's all quite close between the top 5 and then between nos. 7-11:

Do you reckon I can finish in the top 8 or is that a step too far for me this year?
I would say it's definitely possible but the competition is strong as well. You're currently around 1100 points off 8th so that gap will need to be bridged - I guess you may need to pick up close to 2500 points between now and Paris and see how others do. Would need to win either one of Beijing/Tokyo, then win Shanghai probably

Thats a tough ask for anybody. Okay I think I will stick to trying to finish in the top 15 instead :D
