The h2h is brutal for Cilic, 0-14. I still think somehow Murray will lose before the final, Raonic most likely to upset him if they meet.
Yes, I don't trust Murray to reach the final. He should beat Berdych/Simon in the QF but Tsonga/Raonic can easily take him down in the SF despite him being the favorite.

If I were a betting man (which I'm currently not) I'd bet on Djokovic beating Murray in the final. Djokovic looks shaky but mentally he's right there so it's gonna take something special to beat him. I don't think there's currently anyone who can do that. Cilic could if he played the way we know he can but I expect him to get pwned tomorrow.
I very much doubt Djokovic will beat Murray and I'm not really that bothered if he doesn't. Just want him to get to the final, not only to keep the #1 ranking but also to reach 300 Masters match wins by the end of this year.

Yeah but nobody really gave Querrey a shot to beat Djokovic at Wimbledon and look how that turned out? Then there was the Muller Monte Carlo match. Djokovic is definitely susceptible to going out, and Cilic has the weapons to beat him, especially a Djokovic that looked subpar today and had to play 3 sets.

Are you a bond villan now?

Chokologist for the Berdych matches. Out of retirement early for Kei's redefinition of the field.:D

You think so? I actually thought he played quite well.

Ouch that's got to really hurt for Nishikori! A BAGEL 1st set and TWO match points on his serve in the decider??? How the frig did he manage to LOSE???

CHOKAKORI!!:confused:o_O

Different circumstances. This is Djokovic's turf and he knows what's gonna happen if he screws up.

Cilic sucks against Djokovic too btw.

Murrays draw, which was weak from the get go falls apart as usual...
One match point was a dead let cord winner.

I had to look that up and I'll have to watch that movie some day, somehow I have managed to miss it.
Haha. He's funny. Just snagged the bluray cheap and brilliant soundtrack. Original was mono. Stereo surround sound done from stereo soundtrack LP. When seen in theatre you can't hear him as the chant phuck chuck is standard procedure.

Look, Berdych can still beat ATP players.

If Murray straight sets him tomorrow can we send a petition to kick him out of the top 10 forever?

Well. He did win this tournament once already, remember?
And no we can't since Murray can straight set pretty much anyone these days, especially on hard.

Cilic has the weapons to beat Djokovic for sure but Cilic tends to revert to a mentally beaten player before he steps on the court with Djokovic and that's an issue. If Cilic is ever going to break the cycle and step up vs Djokovic now would be a good time to do it as Cilic's form has looked great the past few months whereas Djokovic's hasn't as we know. I have a feeling Cilic will fold mentally again vs Djokovic but come on Cilic, surprise me!

But yet, there are posters on TTW who think he will be a future #1, lol.

Maybe take it up with the governing body? Nothing to do with me.

You said that the number 1 player automatically deserves his #1 because he earned it, but I'm trying to say that the points system is arbitrary and doesn't necessarily reward the best player

Berdych needs to find his 2005 Paris spirit. Funny thing is that even if he wins, he could still not qualify if Tsonga wins the title.

Im going to make a bold prediction that both Djokovic and Murray will get knocked out today. Pouille has tested Murray before and i feel like he can again and Dimitrov is due for a big win and this is probably a good time to get one with Djokovic having a question mark over his form.

GOAT JINX ! Now make me smile even more @Terenigma - Say The Bin Man Bum is going to be World Number One by Monday ! ;-)

I also predicted Djokovic will lose. Im also adding to my prediction, Raonic will win the whole thing. Also Nadal will come out as gay, Federer will announce he's retiring and the pink elephant in my room will deliver on his deal to take me to the land of chocolate.

I want to go the land of chocolate ! :-) How do we get there today !????:D

Gotta ask knowledgeable Murray "hater" @JonnyMac :D

In all honesty I can not trutfully claim the aetiology of the " The Bum Murray ".

It was a TTW 'thing' ( I could find the original poast somewhere ).
When one extremely funny wag here ( I can't remember who ) said that Murray had a good 'Bum'

Better than Djokovics ! :)

I ran with that - He was always 'THE BUM' Murray after that for me.

In English 'Bum' means backside or 'Ass' for our Murican friends. Or Tramp or Hobo in the US, also in UK but less so.
As you all know.

As 'The Bum' Andy Murray is so RUBBISH ! ( trash in US ) And as he is universally derided here on TTW, relatively recently, @stringertom ( a keen observer of a well turned phrase if ever there was one ) cleverly suggested that Murray was a 'Bin Man' and I suggested he 'always take out the trash'.....

So THE - 'BIN MAN' - 'BUM' MURRAY who is 'RUBBISH', and any combination, was born .....

Below - THE BIN MAN BUM MURRAY - HE'S RUBBISH !!!!

Yeah, if ever there was a time to get a win against Djokovic, today would be the day for Cilic. Hard to believe he can be 0-14 all time against him. You would think at some point Cilic would just play a great match against Novak, and/or play a Novak that was a bit less than what we're used to seeing. Perhaps today is that day.

"As the others have said, a hot dog is one kind of sausage. In particular, it's an emulsified sausage. The meat and fat are ground together very finely into a paste. (It has to be kept very cold during making and stuffing, or the mixture will come out of emulsion, creating unpleasant globs.)"

" A hot dog (also spelled hotdog) is a cooked sausage, traditionally grilled or steamed and served in a sliced bun as a sandwich.[2][3][4][5] Hot dog variants include the corn dog and pigs in blankets. Typical hot dog garnishes include mustard, ketchup, onions, mayonnaise, relish, coleslaw, cheese, chili, olives, and sauerkraut.

This kind of sausage was culturally imported from Germany and popularized in the United States, where it became a working-class street food sold at hot dog stands and hot dog carts, and developed an association with baseball and American culture. Hot dog preparation and condiment styles vary regionally in the US. Although linked in particular with New York City and New York City cuisine, the hot dog became ubiquitous throughout the United States during the 20th century, becoming an important part of other regional cuisines, most notably Chicago street cuisine.[6][7][8]

The hot dog's cultural traditions include the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest and the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile."

So too make along story short a Polish and Hotdog are alike, although typically Polish is a larger version of a Hotdog and most of the time is served with sauerkraut.

;)

Cheers
3Fees :)
