Thompson had Nishioka on the ropes in Acapulco before he injured himself. Ended up winning the 1st set but faded in the next two, copping a bagel in the final set. Don't believe he's played since. Should be interesting to see how it goes. Has Thompson recovered enough? We shall see.
Rd1 should be "Lu"Rd1: Luke
B/u: Sela
SAVE PICK: JJGUY x 1. Same rules apply.
What does it mean???
Hope you enjoyed your trip to Norway (my country). How do you get Save Picks?Basically JJGUY can use his remaining Save Pick if he gets eliminated early in the tournament to revive himself.

If my BU loses and then my Main pick withdraws, can I pick someone from remaining R1 matches?
If you pick before your BU loses, then yes. However, you can't repick after the BU match starts. If my BU loses and then my Main pick withdraws, can I pick someone from remaining R1 matches?
I couldn't even make it past the first round of qualies...but, like Chumbawamba, I'll get back up again....
R1: Khachanov
BU: Tiafoe

I don't think you can change a BU after he loses. Correct me if I'm wrong. It seems exploitable. The only time you can change your backup pick is before that match starts, just like your main pick. If for example, your backup loses on day 1 and you didn't indicate you wanted to change that pick, and then your main pick withdraws on day 2, you would be out unfortunately.
Still aliveYikes, lots of Nishioka picks, and he dropped the opening set 6-1!
