I'm just noticing the date you joined for the first time. I had you pegged as an old timer. To be fair I lurked for about 5 years (from 2009), before I joined. I know Clarky, Chico, F1BOB (funny guy), Monfed etc.
The downside is, I came in with a lot of bias.

This phenomenon is fascinating to me! I think I'd find it maddening to just observe the action unfolding but remain on the sidelines like that. What finally convinced you that it was time?
Hmm, good question. I discovered this forum in 2009, but between 2009 and 2012, I was very busy so never considered signing up. In 2015, I had a bit more time and I thought SDL was cool. And maybe I was tired of Federer's losses, and Djokovic winning everything. Needed to vent.

No not really, my post count didn't really skyrocket till I started playing all these games. I post when I wanna contribute...or call out someone....but not often. But Ive seen this place go through some FUN waves of trolls let me tell you haha.
I'm sure. Sometimes, I think I enjoyed it better when I was a lurker. When I'm not playing SDL,I prefer to lurk. Too lazy/busy to log in. The forum is an interesting place.

Like I told you, Querrey (your main pick) won hours ago 4-6, 7-6 (4), 7-5 against Millot. That match wasn't cancelled.

I guess he is confusing it with Querrey's opponent Muller withdrawing in R1.

But that never was Querrey's rival. Because Millot came from the qualies, he wasn't a lucky loser. In fact, Youzhny replaced Muller, so Muller was going to play against Coric.
