Q. Was it tonight's events that made you realize you need a coach or did you already know that?

NICK KYRGIOS: I knew that for a long time. I kind of like the freedom of just going out there, doing whatever, going with the flow a little bit.

I just like being comfortabe

Ok, seriously. What the HELL goes on in Kyrgios' head? Once again has an utter mental breakdown and sabotages himself.

I don't even care that Victor lost. I feel for him but just happy to have watched him compete. He is a legend and a great advertisement for our sport. Thanks Victor for showcasing your best. Respect!
Yes, he can count me as a new fan. I didn't know his backstory until I heard the commies discussing it. Much respect.

My personal story...did his racquets at a Futures tournament in '06 when he was already older than everyone in the draw. He made it to the final so I had a lot of time to talk to him as well as I could, not being bilingual and his English wasn't great either. We managed to smile and laugh when I pointed out his surname (went purely by Estrella then) translates to my surname (Starr).

Very down to earth, no airs.

Wait. So you were supporting Tomic but not Kyrgios?

Yo no comprehendo
Kyrgios is a far bigger dick than Tomic is + I really feel for his childhood background and the things he's gone through.
In saying that, I wasn't fully anti Kyrgios. Would've been happy if he got the win. I don't despise him but I also don't openly cheer for him. :)
I want Nick to win a slam, I don't wish anything bad on him.

Remember that Dan played quite a long match against Cilic. Who knows how it'll go. We will see.

I think Dan will be pumped and is 4 times fitter than TTTanker or Nick K-amakaze
not to mention much much smarter than those dickies

Night match suits them both but I expect Tomic to go into meltdown
if Evans runs it all down as he did vs Thiem and other recent matches
