Ballots need to be in by the new year. I was going to create a poll and let you all vote for you wanted to, but they limit the amount of entries so couldn't put enough people on there to make a mock ballot. Voters can only vote for ten dudes

PEDS don't bother me, and they apparently don't bother the people that put Bed Selig and Tony LaRussa right in the HOF.

Bonds and Clemens should have both been unanimous first ballot bonds especially. He's the goat his four best seasons for WAR are in the top 6 all time iirc.

I like your ballot. Only two I'd potentially change are lee smith and Mussina for Kent and Raines

Bonds would have been first ballot if he had retired before his head swelled up to a watermelon.

Once one of the steroid era stars breaks the barrier, the others will follow.

Trevor Hoffman is getting in, as should Jorge Posada after Pettite,Jeter and Rivera become eligible. Champions are built up the middle and those four were the core for four/five titles.

Early reports are saying bagwell and Raines are in pudge Hoffman and Guerrero have a shot. Looks like another year that the GOAT won't be in the hall. Kinda dumb to not put the best ever in your sport in the hall of fame

Ken Griffey Jr. got in last year.

Seriously, the way Griffey was able to compete without taking PED's (by all accounts) in the heart of the PED era is amazing. Just imagine how good he would have been if he had taken PEDs.

Bonds never failed a test so not sure why you penalize him but not Griffey.

I like Bonds and agree 100% he should be in the Hall. It was amazing to watch him hit (homeruns) in those years when he "might" see one hitable pitch during an at bat.

Kinda shocked with pudge first ballot. He had alot of roid allegations around him.

Bonds and Clemens gained support they probably get it eventually

Tim Kurkjian (love that guy and his giggles with SVP) was disappointed they only got in the low 50s of ballots...will be a slow almost Sewretchian approach to the necessary 75%.

That makes too much sense for baseball writers to comply with.
