Ladies and gentlemen. It is time for the main event of the Paris-Bercy masters 1000 tournament. The one match that will decide the fate of the universe. Playing for a place in the WTF, playing for to save the WTF from a club level clay mug, and playing to save Paris-Bercy from servebotting incarnate - is Juan Martin Del Hopetro Potro

vs

He is tall. He serves.... noone but servebotting itself. And as all servebots do, he serves well. Too well. Playing to make the Cold Death of Tennis happen, John Treesner is on the hunt for the Treephy.

I was dared so the truth must be shared...there's a certain little bit of Lurch love in me for Servbotner. Compared to other of my countrymen, he's not the least likable.

Yp, it sucks. And we get an MTO from Isner to shake things up a bit...
Is anyone starting to understand why I hate these fast courts. Lots of UEs in matches which just makes them look bad and then we get a match like this or Dimitrov vs. Isner. And the superior player is Isner. Isner is almost a lock for WTF with this first set under his belt. Lots of injury issues on these courts seemingly too. Brilliant stuff here at Guy Frauget's Geriatric Park.

Isner is taking higher risks and is well deserved winner in the end. All Delpo is doing is hitting lousy center of the court balls and waiting Isner errors.

LOL if Isner starts serving like last year here eh @Freddy Cat ? Maybe Cilic can stop him.

Greatest thing about Isner is his tiebreak record. Wins something like 63% of them. May not sound like much, but Karlovic is around 50%. Isner is close to the best players of all time in tiebreak winning. Hopefully Delpo hangs on for the breaker.:D

Isner made the final here last year, it's not like he's not capable of reaching a masters final.

Massive serve, better movement and a hard forehand = trouble...Del Potro I hope gets through, he's my Uncle from a different mother.

  • Delpo get you act together. You are playing like pusher out there and to even embarass yourself more, getting outplayed by Isner.

Why do people blather on about neutral rallies in a servebot fest? This match is really quite simple; on these fast courts Isner's serve in untouchable for most of the tour.

Are you implying it would take Murray, Djokovic, healthy Nadal, or Big Serve Neutralizerer to stop Big John here in these conditions?
