The draw is out! Another potential SF clash bt Rafa and Novak . No excuse for Murray for not at least reaching the s̶e̶m̶i̶s̶ final this time.

What the heck is this virtually the same draw as Madrid? Top 8 seeds the same positions except Raonic and Thiem switched places, and Stan - Paire again in 2R?

Dude Murray probably won't even get past Fognini.

Thiem-Cuevas 2nd round, Nishikori - Ferrer again, Simon in Djokovic section .. again, Berdych - Haase 2nd round .. again :)

Flabio survives 6-1 6-3.

ARV takes the service heavy 1st set in a TB vs Treesner...imagine being Big John and hitting 11 aces but being down a set despite losing just six points on serve. You know how you do that? You manage to win just seven return points!

Mayer vs Kohlschreiber has mysteriously gone AWOL on Sunday's schedule...it's showing up as an early Mon AM match on the LiveScore drawsheeet.

Wow, Isner looked awesome in that third set against Ramos-Viñolas. Hopefully he can continue to sustain that kind of level and take it into the grass/hardcourt season.

So the QF are Nadal-Thiem, Djokovic-Nishikori and Murray Raonic?

But Murray will lose to Fognini unfortunately.

Anything other than a Nadal win would surprise me.

I hope Goffin reaches the final. He deserves a masters final after all his efforts. Getting Nadal before the final both times this year when he was playing well? Give the guy a break.

I don't like guys making finals just to be the bridesmaid. Clay finals have been a dud this year, I want one with suspense and unpredictability for a change.

Rafa for the sweep. He's head and shoulders over anyone else right now.
It will be amazing if he pulls it off.

Potential Djokovic vs Kyrgios R3 match. Will Nole get his "revenge"?

Plus I want Nishikori to "have" to play Djokovic should they both make the QF. :D

is it at the point where tournament directors have some kind of legal agreement with Nishi that if you start a tournament you have to finish it?

seriously, he's talking about how RG is more important after he pulled out of Madrid, and now he's going to start Rome?...guy ruins draws by winning early and then pulling out

Nadal is a possible to win this. it will be interesting to see if Murray can defend this M1k or will he fall out . Djokovic is a long shot he still is not playing well,, just average. Murray 1st hurdle is Fognini.

Cheers

Yeah, that's some very weird scheduling going on with Injuredkori.

I think the tourneys need him. He's a constant top ten player and the biggest (only) Asian star of many years already. Even if he withdraws/retires later I think they're still happy to have him enter the tourney.

The questions now are will he reinjure himself again and will it be in Rome or Paris? Hopefully none but that means he must be really sure abt his body when he decides to play Rome this very week.

Is Pouille the weakest player mentally is is Pouille the weakest player mentally?
Probably the exact opposite as Goffin and Nadal found out in some pretty epic comebacks. Pouille just wants to preserve is head to head with Nadal, Goffin, and Thiem for RG.;)

And pretty much everyone else. That's what losing to Querrey in the 1st round does to ya.
