Yeah scroll back and look just a few seconds after the set was over.
There is a replay where you see Goffin throw it on the ground, looks over at the camera and then you see a jolt.
The racquet must have bounced and hit him.
EDIT:
The ump saw it and gave him a warning for unsportsmanlike conduct. I thought the sentence would be harsher for things like this.

You have an astute eye. Camera's are not held so perhaps it landed on top of the camera. It flew across the court after hitting the clay to do that quite a distance, so I suppose not any kind of danger and maybe umpire used disgression if it did touch camera guy.
I'm not sure of rules. If player bounces racquet and it hits streaker on court what happens? Believe ball kids and officials are infraction. What happens if a player shoots a ball into a fan's eye?
