Not a very happy birthday for Dimitrov.
Anderson and Bedene trade breaks
4 games in the match and Tsitsipas has already 6 BH winners
He has always nicole
And a beautiful drop shot.
ZumZum ran around like a headless chicken...
Dimi is back to losing in the first rounds of clay tournaments - no surprise at all.I was shocked he reached semis at MC.
Also Cilic was up a break and loses it, back on serve 4-3 Harrison in the 3rd.
smh...Cilic gets up a break in the third and fails to consolidate despite not having faced a single BP on 70+% service points won. Chokic not Closic reappears.
Does anyone win on or around their bday?
Kids going to hurt some butts from here on out. At least on clay.
Nadal's birthday is usually during RG iirc.
How long was the Rafa match? Can't find the time.
True dat! fedr wins in Canada often. Muzziah has won in Rome.
Just seems like 99% of tour lose...
Cilic serving to stay in the match. Can Harrison pull this one out?
Edit: going to a tiebreak
Edit 2: Cilic up 5-1 in the tiebreak I think I can see where this is going
Edit 3: Yup, Cilic takes it 7-1, Harrison out
62 minutes I think
Anderson retired against Bedene, COME ON!
60 minutes and 33 seconds, according to ATP/WTA Live stats.
How long does it take for posts to appear on TTW?
58 seconds, according to my latest try.
The temporary gremlins have resurfaced.
Bad pasta for KA to cause his retirement???
So Nishikori further accentuated his winning % in the deciding sets of a match. He has the highest ever winning % in deciding sets.
Why did Come Onderson retired?
As I time it, just three less butt excavations and he could have been done in under an hour.
What a strange match between Cilic and Harrison...play stopped due to rain at 3-3 in first set TB, then Cilic wins 2nd 6-1, goes up a break in the 3rd, loses it, wins the TB 7-1
He's not bashful and does that in public as well as in bathroom stalls.
If Djokovic makes the QF, it should be enough to preserve top 24 seeding for RG, so he can't meet top 8 before R4.

Why does Nishikori always win the final set?
He doesn’t fold even though he comes from the land of origami
What happened to the Shapovalov v. Hasse match? It's been delayed a ton of times.
because he is so fit and never gets injured. it is a very strange and hardly believable stat though.
Delpossum and his walking between points, ...maybe even more annoying than Nadal's timewasting. Cannot believe I'm saying this.
I count him at a believable 18-8 since the start of 2017, including the most important 4R AO'17 fail vs fedr. In that same time frame, fedr is a Betterer 16-5.
Please reconsider how you use the word "literally".
Bedene looks ready for a deep run. I could see Bedene Zverev semi final.
Almost time for the main event. Who else is hyped to see our Madrid Champion in action. This guy is on fire right now.
He has a career high of 43 and this is only his second time making R3 of a M1000, but sure, since he managed to beat a servebot on clay that means he'll make the SF.
I wont call myself hyped but I want to see how Zverev does here.He played very well in Madrid. This year he is consistent at Masters with the exception of IW.
I wouldn’t say I’m hyped but I’m interested in seeing how he does. Unfortunately I’m going to have to do some work so will only catch bits and pieces of the match live.
I think Berrettini is poised for a deep run here.
Berrettini vs Bedene SF has me psyched!
He used it correctly actually, as literally now officially means both literally and figuratively ^_^
One of the Webster definitions of "literally":
: in effect : virtually —used in an exaggerated way to emphasize a statement or description that is not literally true or possible
Real Roman stops bullsheet Russian run and sends him to WATLYNM Lodge again to shut the phuck up, nyet?

Novak Djokovic stopped by on his way past earlier when Johanna Konta was telling us about her baking... Konta plays Ostapenko tomorrow in Rome: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/sport/konta-arrests-slide-by-reaching-last-16-in-rome-0257svt87 …
Shapo with the break...very interesting to see him on clay with Rafa, who will be looking for revenge and to teach a lesson
haase using some veteran strategy here
denis chasing down everything though, much quicker than his foe
DJ begging for food?
Heads up: Zverev getting started
I'm conflicted. I think it'd be awesome if Berrettini won, but I also want Zverev to get the beatdown he's overdue to receive in a hypothetical final with Rafa.
Sashas serve on.
Edmund up a break over Pouille.
Shapo takes the first set over hasse in TB. Wasn't he up a break before?
Yes, he basically gifted the final game to Haase.
But then got it back in TB. Kid has grit, but he's not top level yet.
I just bet Berrettini in game. Let's go Matteo!
What a wasted opportunity.
Zverev solid as a rock on serve.
