Lack of physical and mental endurance.

I think Zverev has entitlement issues, and when lesser players get into his head he gets afraid to lose and he starts playing worse than he should. Then starts grinding and that whole routine has been figured out by everyone last year.

Shapo showed some nerves serving for the match at 5-2 and going down 0-40 but then he showed some grit with 5 straight points to close it out, 4 4 & 2! Canada/Croatia 1-1.
