Del Potro played great, but Nishikori was absolutely horrible. Some of that was due to Del Potro's play, but a lot of it wasn't. Nishikori needs a lot more matches to get back into form. His shots usually have way more sting. Especially on the backhand side.

But I saw very few aggressive angles or pace from Nishikori today. Definitely lacking confidence right now. He didn't hit out at all.

It really looked like a man versus a boy out there today. Different class in terms of weight of shot. Kei still short of his best after injury, but still even at his best would not beat an in form Del Po.
