Oxymoron.
Or is it because of the big four?John Isner winning his first Masters title at the age of 32 would really just further highlight the ATP's struggles without the big 4.
Russians take the first set in dubs
Anyone else think that Rublev looks like a medieval pageboy?
And another one..Old gen Bryan's can't judge next gen topspin
Bryans have not won a big title since 2016. Long time coming.
Anyone else think that Rublev looks like a medieval pageboy?
What time is the final, so I can watch Isner majestically screw this up?
@Meles, do you predict one of the next Gen will beat Nadal on the clay this year? I would be dead shocked it that happened. Do you forecast it, or regard it as a good possibility?Great tournament with great stories:
1. Isner finally comes through for M1000
2. Zverev finding his game
3. PCB shocking Anderson
4. Raonic on track with his comeback
5. Good tournament for NextGen![]()

Pathetic. Tennis quality at an all time low. The Fab 4 spoiled us.
If Nadal is compromised then yes he'll go down. Thiem is the only one who might be able to find enough game to beat Nadal at his best. Its all about draw and Thiem in the same spot as last year. Coric, Thiem, Pouille, Goffin, and Zverev might all do really well, but the two biggest threats Goffin and Thiem have an injury cloud over them just like Rafa.@Meles, do you predict one of the next Gen will beat Nadal on the clay this year? If you say 'come one' enough times and mean it, good things will eventually happen. It's like that book, The Secret. This is why Shapovalov will edge this match eventually.
