Well it's just two relatively tight matches so not much of a sample to go on (unless Coric also owned him juniors, I have no idea).

Zverev has found some good form and Coric has played a lot of 3 setters recently, bound to catch up to him sooner or later.
Coric beat him in the 2013 US Open juniors, which was three sets. So plus juniors, the H2H stands in Coric's favor, 3-0.

Still, the way Zverev is playing is quite impressive given how bad he was before Miami. It's like it never happened.

Him splitting with Ferrero seems to have been a good idea after all.

Well obviously, if it clearly doesn't work it's better to part ways. Who was more at fault isn't of crucial importance.

That said, Zverev has already proven himselt at masters level (Fed and Novak's form aside). What people are expecting from him is to take it to the next level in slams. I still feel he needs to improve his 2nd serve, FH and fitness for that to happen.

I saw the split as a positive. That partnership wasn't working which is inevitably going to hinder a players game. Remember Djokovic with Todd Martin? A player needs the right coach.

Zverev was always going to return to form; it was just a matter of when.

Zverev is all set with sponsors. He's wearing the same $750K Richard Mille RM 27-01 as Nadal! Anyone here wears one? Let me touch it :D

Coric looks like he is in shock at playing S. Zverev! He total off his game! Not hitting off his groundstrokes but playing it safe and Zverev just hammering the his groundies for winners. In other words, Zverev is taken over Coric game and Coric is playing defense!

Clowning once a drop shot is played....why didn't Coric just hammer the first forehand after Zverev hit a nice loopy drop shot?

Zverev has two break points after Coric misses a forehand!
