ATP H2H - 6:1 for Djokovic
Masters H2H - 3:1 for Djokovic
Hard surface H2H - 2:1 for Djokovic

The only Anderson's ATP victory over Djoker is 10 years old. Will Tomorrow add another, or Djoker will increase lead in ATP H2H to 7:1?

Anderson in straight sets with the kind of form he is in, especially his serve. He is in much better form than Novak who even while playing at his best couldn't beat Anderson at LC.

Federer hasn't stood a chance against Djokovic for the past 8 years, at least.

Tell me sir who beat Novak 3 times more than anyone in 2015 ? Who led the H2H in 2014 ? Who straight setted him in this same tournament you are watching in 2014? Who stretched him to absolute limit at USO 2011 Novak's best USO ? Who stopped him at RG 2011 ?Who has stopped Djokovic on faster courts of Dubai , Shanghai, Cincy most often than not?

You do realise Nadal beat Novak only twice off clay after 2011 ? And Federer managed more than that in a single year which was actually Peak of Djokovic's powers (2015)

After Stan the only player that actually has stood a chance against Djokovic after 2011 has always been Federer, especially on Fast HC courts.

I wouldn't go that far. Federer is the only one who has consistently beaten Djokovic since 2011. But since USO 15, it has been one way traffic.

Shot clock? Gone again?

I went back and timed. From point was over, Djokovic took 40 seconds to serve.

However, It took the umpire 15 - fifteen - seconds to tell the score, after a pretty normal point. So Djokovic served just in time, then

Poor Kevin. He thought that Laver Cup match mattered.

Consistently isn't the word I would use, given their H2H since 2011, but yeah, it's only in recent years that Federer hasn't seemed to stand a chance against Djokovic.

The reason why I say consistent is, that barring 2013, Djokovic had losses to Federer each season, until 2016 when Fed got injured and did not get enough chances to play a much poorer version of novak.

Yup, time is just about up. Djokovic is stepping up his level me thinks. Anderson played and served about as well as he can play and some of the things Djokovic was doing to him was ridiculous.

And this on one of the fastest courts on the tour. Djokovic showing his pedigree, and how he is just as lethal on fast courts as he is on slow. It was always about Federer stopping him on the faster courts.

His returning since his resurgence is something else on these faster courts. I saw it at Wimbledon, Cincy and now here. Also, his court awareness is about as high as ever and he is able to transition to net better than before. The serve is really clicking this week also. If he keeps this up, he will be hard to be stopped here.
