Great win by Rafa, of course the only time he comes within 10 feet of the net is on the last point. Can't believe this is grass court tennis. Love Delpo man, but this routine just has to stop. Can't show your opponents weakness like this, guy would have been eaten alive by Pete.
Yeah, man, he seems to be bored as hell.Murray is a totally pointless addition to the commentary box.
I never said he’s unbeatable unless he’s injured. I’m not a Nadal fan lol.
But I saw it with my own eyes. He went from moving fine and returning great to barely moving and shanking everything, all after that slip.
True, Nadal would have been like a turkey on thanksgiving in those conditions against someone with an actual big game. But PETE won the Davis Cup single handedly on CLAY. When did Nadal beat a decent opponent on ULTRA FAST carpet??
Djokodal part 52 awaits
Sucks somebody had to lose that one.
I wouldn't've said that if Del Potro won.Sucks somebody had to lose that one.
Agree, on a usual circumstances,, Novak is much better than RAFA on grass but then this is bit different. RAFA is coming off French open victory and Novak is coming off long injury layoff. so I say Field is very much evened out...Novak beat him a long time ago on grass.
Rafa makes ya make ONE more shot time after time and eventually it breaks you (no pun intended)
how salty are your tears, Milo?DelPo is done now.
Time for Novak to finish him off
Edit: or maybe not lol
LOLgreat match by today's standards but this powderpuff girl routine wouldn't fly in the 90s where courts were actually fast.
post clips...Murray is such a good commentator. He's shown the others how it's done.
I eat my words.Djokodal part 52 awaits
I feel really bad for Del Potro. If a few things had gone his way in his career he could have easily been a 4-6 slam champion.Del potro is losing another close match first against Djokovic and now nadal
You really are channeling this all too well; dupe account? No doubt Rafa has the passion. A lot like Pete in that regard.
I'm not sure you grasp numbers very well.Nadal is more popular than footie. He played to a full house during the WC SF.
And subsequently ruined/decreased the chances of his opponents to win the next match...Del Potro with three classic epics on Center Court, sadly lost them all
v Federer Olympics 2012 semi
v Djokovic 2013 semi
v Nadal 2018 quarter
And subsequently ruined/decreased the chances of his opponents to win the next match...
Del Pigeon folds to Nadal once again.
Murray is a totally pointless addition to the commentary box-sounds like he is reading a restaurant menu rather than having watched a five set epic.
And subsequently ruined/decreased the chances of his opponents to win the next match...
Whom you have?
I wouldn't be too confident t_p. Even after tonight's gruelling match I still have a feeling he'll just have a bit too much for Djokovic on Friday.Good luck in the next round Apedal, enjoy your crosscourt rallies and drop shots with Djokovic.
