As much as I'd like to believe this performance spells doom for Novak, he always has a way of building after prevailing in tough spots. And the Kei match should be a breeze.

That's one difference between Novak and Fed/Nadal at this time. Djokovic is so strong mentally. He always wins in the tight moments. Has this invincibility factor.

Had he played Tsitsipas, he would have won in 4 rather than lost in 4. Hard to see anyone stopping him until the clay season perhaps, and maybe not even then.

Nishikori is such a Good player. I know their history but either way dude has a scary game.

Serve isn't good enough, he expends too much energy holding serve. The rest of his game is pretty complete but sadly for him the serve remains the most important shot in tennis.
