The worst part is that Federer and Djokovic are ALWAYS destroying this mug Fognini. None of them ever had a tough match against him. Nadal on the other hand always starts playing his absolute worst tennis against this mug.

Omg, just go home. And don't even bother showing up at the US Open. Pathetic Nadal. Truly pathetic. But of course haters will say Fognini was just too good. :-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D

It's MC semifinal all over again. Fognini didn't do ANYTHING to deserve this break. He was standing and collecting unforced errors from Nadal.

Fabio up two breaks now. The probability is that he will still lose this set 6-7.

The last time I saw Rafa miss this much was in 2015.

Why don't you just keep rooting for your guy? You don't need to criticize him for every little thing!
Little thing? He has a mental block against arguably the biggest mug in tennis! That is a little thing in your opinion? Imagine if Federer had a mental block against Gasquet. Would you call that a little thing?

Go see how well he did in Montreal and Cinci two years ago and what happened next.

True, but two years ago half of the top players were injured/withdrew, it was a pretty easy path to the title. The only tough player he faced was Del Potro.

You don't think I wasn't annoyed when he had all those weird losses last year? He kept losing to painfully average players all season and his overall year was worse than Nadal's is now but I still stayed with him. This year just proved that I was right. Never give up on your player.

Rafa playing bad and he genuinely doesn't like playing in montreal, just other day he said he doesn't like the balls here which he finds too heavy

Nadal doesn't play bad often, but it feels like Fognini is always around when that happens, and he makes it even better by GOATing himself. :D

GOATing? Fognini is average at best. Go see Cilic 1st set against Nadal in Toronto last year, that’s what I call GOATing.

Fog should win this set either way.

But whether he does it 6-2 or 6-4 will probably make a huge difference for the 2nd set.
