He does get attacked all the time, the answer isn't though to do the same thing to other players, it's to remain as fair as possible, not only in your analysis but your choice of words. Believe it not but I get into arguments with Fed and Djokovic fans a fair bit time for calling them out on it, though I don't imagine you would ever step in on someone else unfairly attacking Federer or Djokovic

There's sensitive and there's just imagining things.

As regards to my original post, I've looked at Nadal draws and said "he's got a good draw, he should do well" or "he's playing well but not had anyone good yet so we'll see" I don't think I've ever gone out of my way to post several times on how he has "a weak azz draw" unless directly responding to someone saying that about Federer or Djokovic when Nadal's draw was as weak or weaker. There is no need for it unless you dislike a certain player and want to display that dislike. I don't dislike any of these players, they're all incredible and basically good guys despite obvious flaws. Fans can be annoying but that's a different topic. Don't get me wrong, EVERY fan base does it. Every time there is a draw fed fans complain about Nadal's draw, Nadal fans complain about Fed's or Djokovic's ... I've several times posted a topic before a slam asking people to select who is a tough draw before the draw is made, and no one ever responds. You're not worse than a large amount of Fed fans but you're not being any better either, and if you're going to call people on their behaviour towards Nadal then your own behaviour towards other players should match up to that. Do unto players as you would have their fans do unto yours :laughing:

OK, i actually agree with pretty much all that, but i do like banter so i will troll sometimes.

however, my trolling is still truth, i just over emphasise or use smack talk.

your post also suggest that the overall vitriol is about the same for all the ATG-3.

i disagree, i think Nadal is attacked the most, easily.

Thank you (y) I do troll as well, though I do it directly to certain posters so I'm attacking them rather than the player or retaliating with a tit for tat style.

I'm not saying there is the same level of vitriol for all players, there are more Federer fans here so I'm sure Nadal gets attacked more. Recently there are a few Djokovic trolls who are not many, but really make up for it with the amount they post. It's basically all annoying though whoever it is.

The only reason I'm taking issue really is because you make some good fair posts - you're not a troll and so I have higher expectations than I would certain posters here

Well, that depends. It would have been nice for Fed in 2017 to get wins at IW and Wimb over Novak, but given how sub-par that Novak was, it wouldn't have mattered much.

which version of Djokovic? I don't think Fedr was better than he was in 2015 so top level Djokovic would have won. But 2018-9 Djokovic - who knows. I think Federer wins at Wimbledon, Djokovic at AO?

He won't defeat Nadal easily, but Nadal isn't favored to beat him either. This Nadal is no longer the same monster who used to trouble Fed. All of this is assuming Federer does play well in that semifinal and doesn't return to his post Rotterdam 2018erer who sucks.

Who has Nadal played exactly? And why do you assume Khachanov will be tough? He has been worse than Stan this year by the way.

That forehand was ridiculous, commentators didn't react at all, I know it's Milos, but come on guys....

Running backhands and sideways and manages to redirect it up the line for the inside in forehand winner.

Milos playing very well, quick start compared to his previous match for sure. Breaks for 3-1.

No luck for Miomir on 1st serve return, even when he does get a read on it, unable to control the return that well. Only the thee points dropped when Milos lands the bomb.

Milos bullying with the serve, swinging it into the forehand corner on three of the four occasions. Miomir is looking more deflated on return by the minute. Competing well on serve this set though, varied his last game nicely, trying to be a bit more proactive (even a serve/volley)...

I think Raonic’s forehand is pretty underrated. I kind of feel like he might just have the best inside out forehand in the game right now.
