For Djokovic at Cincinnati?

Not really, his problem is Federer is better fast HC player than he is, and Murray isn't a slouch in those conditions either. Djokovic is very good on fast hard, it just takes guys like Federer to exploit his relative weakness.
True but he prefers slow/medium

Of course he does, doesn't mean the court condition being fast is reason he didn't win Cincinnati. Take Federer out and Djokovic would have won the title a long time ago, maybe even multiple times.

The man can play.

Four Dubai titles....
I hope Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic are on different halves so that they can meet in the final.

Irrespective of whether Roger wins or not, I want to see them play. Time is running out, and we will know what we had only after we lose it completely.

It's indeed an awesome match up..

That way, I am sad that today "Fedal" didn't happen.

Oh god we're gonna end up with Djokerer in one half and Zed-Thiem in the other aren't we... I can't see it coming already

imo Fedr should withdraw from Miami if he really wants to make a mark on clay
imo Fedr should find for the fountain of youth if he really wants to make a mark on clay.

The reason I think he should skip Miami is he's piling up the mileage rapidly now ahead of grass+US summer

If he was taking off clay again I'd say give Miami a go, but the accumulated mileage with clay will wear out his ancient body.

Either way, he's not listening to us, saw on Twitter that he's going to be part of the groundbreaking ceremony at Hard Rock Stadium.

Yes.

He actually called me right after I poasted that, telling me "Don't tell me what to do okay, when I wanna play Miami, I'll play Miami".

I told him it was nice to meet him over the phone. He said he knew how I felt.

Anderson and Delpo withdrew from IW but are still officially in the Miami draw. Let's see what happens there.

Fed playing Miami and clay....you can probably toss Wimbledon out the window. He needs to retool his game a bit to win Wimbledon. Focus on his serve, slice and net play. Don't think Fed has the desire this late in his career to do it though, think he just likes to travel the world and play. Which is fine.

I am fine with him playing Miami. I would be happy to see him get a fourth title. Plus you don't know how the new stadium plays..

Clay, I agree to an extent. Also, the artistry of Roger Federer expressed itself best in grass, followed by clay and then hard courts. So I miss Roger at clay.

In any case, I don't think he will go beyond 4th round in RG, so it's fine. He will get enough rest for Wimbledon

I think he's skipping Stuttgart this year too, which is the right decision IMO, he doesn't need 2 grass court warm ups.

I'm curious to see how's the court going to look on TV. On KB the stadium looked rather dark and poorly illuminated at night matches on TV while on court itself it was ok - camera angle was awful as well.
