Remember Cici Bellis? She used to yell a lot more of "come on!" when she went Pro. Where is she? Looks like still recovering from wrist injury.

Yes, I do recall CC with "c'mon" a fair amount. But I don't it ever being close to as much as with Danielle. With CC it was less frequent, usually shorter in duration. Don't recall it being quite as loud either -- at least not very often. And none of the Collins scowl (RBF). Not even Serena scowls as much as Dani.

Sounded like CC started training again in late Dec & Jan. Not heard anything since. Don't see her listed for upcoming evetns.

Thanks. Interesting. I googled and found it a few info about this that I was not aware of.

I wonder whether her Nike shoes that she was supposedly wearing (didn't see it on TV) is sponsored or she was just wearing it without being sponsored. I suppose some players will go through the length of removing the label on the shoes if they're not sponsored.

Yeah, you're absolutely right, CC's "come on" and demeanor is not even close to Collins. Collins' scowl actually looks rather ehm.. scary?

In (large) part cuz of Hseih herself. Her game is up & down. Tricky even for herself. She seems to lift her game against top 20 players. But have been bagelled and breadsticked by them as well. Konta delivered a bagel recently. At the 2019 AO, Hseih took Osaka to three but then Naomi only allowed her 1 game in the last set.

Very likely so. Woz has a 4-0 record vs Hseih, with 3 of those appearing to be easy wins. Su-Wen did take a set (with 2 TBs) from Caro. But that was way back in 2012 (Beijing). And Caro delivered the bagel in the 3rd set of that one.
