The draw should be taking place now.

When is the 2019 draw?
The draw for ATP Finals takes place in London this afternoon, with a scheduled start time of 1pm GMT.

Nice draw for Novak, bad for Rafa...
I am mostly satisfied with another Fedovic match, hope Fed don't use sweater this time, at least in RR...

Wow it's going to be Nadal against next generation. Will be very interesting if he plays. Djokovic got a bit lucky. He better take advantage of it.

Tstsipas will get another chance to finally beat the Medvedev. He might never beat him for the rest of his career to be honest.

I expect nadal to win all of his round robin matches without dropping a set. Nadal always has his way with these next gen guys.

Rafa fans should not watch this tournament if its nothing more than an overhyped exhibition to them.

how is This bad for Nadal :-D ?
First of all, how could it be harder? Berrettini in group, or Thiem who suck on hard lately? Ok, Fed would be harder than Medvedev...

But, most important is that if Rafa stay on tournament (injury thing) he will go on Fed or Novak in SF, and if survive, most possible again Fed or Novak in final... And that IS bad for him...

Considering written above, Rafa will play 1 or 0 matches and will pull out...

What's this hang-up about Berrettini? Rafa beat him in straight sets at the USO and even gave him a breadstick in the 3rd set. The first set was competitive. That's all.

Why not? It's indoor hard, which is Nadal's least favorite condition. Plus, Med pushed him to the brink at the US Open so he definitely has his chances. Anyway, I invite you to laugh at me if I'm wrong.
First everyone was hung up about Rafa drawing Berrettini even though Rafa beat him in straight sets at the O2 and even served him with a breadstick.

You need help.
Lmao. They've never played at the O2 arena in London and you were suggesting they did.

They played at the US Open, on Arthur Ashe. I agree with you that people were unnecessarily hung up about Nadal drawing Berrettini but I don't see why you'd even mention that since we're talking about Medvedev. Maybe make it a little clearer?

Extremely tough draw for Nadal. Worst possible grouping for him.
Djokovic will likely cruise through his group. Thiem is NO THREAT on hards. Berritinni is no match obviously. The only interesting encounter might be Djoko vs Fed - where in Novak would be favored.

Good chance for Djoker to go undefeated in the championship IMO and grab the 1500 pts.

Whoever is in Rafa's draw makes everyone get their pants in a twist because they want Rafa to lose for some reason. Rafa is the best when 100% fit against anyone. The only thing standing in his way is his fitness and recovery.

Why??????

Rafa has played all of them 12 times in total and only lost 1 match! Djoker is lucky to have avoided nearly all the NextGen because he has less than 5o% success against them all.

Nadal would have been much better off had he been in the other group instead of Novak. His only tough opponent would have been Federer. Against Thiem and Berrettini, Nadal would be the solid favorite.
They are easier for Nadal than Medvedev and TsiTsiPas.
Yes, Nadal has beaten them before. But Medvedev took him to the brink in the UsOpen. Tsitsipas actually beat Nadal (granted Nadal was in a funk and played abysmal - but still).

Keep in mind this in Nadal's worst surface. If this were on outdoor hards or clay - it would be a different story.

What evidence have you got for this rubbish? Djoko is the one who is dominated by the NextGen. Both Tsits and Med have a positive h2h against Djoker.

You again start to argue with words such as "rubbish". Have you compared the indoor records of Nadal and Djokovic. Also compared the h2h vs opponents in the group?
For all the talk about Djokovic being dominated by Nextgen, he just crushed Tsitsipas and Shapavalov a week ago.

Anyway, I'm not going to argue more with you. Let's see how the matches pan out. My prediction is that Djokovic will have an easier time in his group than Nadal does in his. Also Nadal should not play unless he is 100%.

It is not true. With Tsitsipas, Djoker has a neutral mutual balance of 2-2, over Medvedev leading 3-2 in H2H.
