Huge match for the future of grass:
Felix just took out a game Kyrgios and Dimitrov both desperate for further grass success.

Tsitsipas thinks he can win Wimbledon and could barely handle Chardy.
Tsits ain't going to be happy with this match:
10/2019 R64 Indian Wells Masters Hard Felix Auger Aliassime Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-4 6-2
2016 US Open Junior Tennis Championship USA Hard SF AUGER-ALIASSIME 4-6 5-7
2015 Eddie Herr International Tennis Championship USA Clay SF AUGER-ALIASSIME 5-7 4-6
2015 Canadian Open Junior Championships CAN Hard QF AUGER-ALIASSIME 3-6 6-4 4-6

This is all sauce for the goose for FAA who is in the Wimbledon 17-24 seed, unless he goes onto to win Queens and then a 16th seed is his with Delpo out for knee surgery after fracture in Shapo match at Queens.

Tsitsipas can get the Wimbledon 4th seed if he wins Queens, but would likely have to beat the bullsheet Russian Medvedev who is now the favorite to make the final from the bottom half (0-4 vs Meddy). Medvedev is another Wimbledon dark horse if his serve catches fire again like it did in Tokyo.

FAA is of course another Wimby dark horse with his very stable serve game (unbroken vs Kyrgios) and improving return game and grass skills. Just made final in Stuttgart in his first grass event.

The Future is Now in Queens.

Nice touch on the forehand volley by Felix to save one of the break points...

...and an excellent serve out wide, right on the line, and it's deuce.

Kid needs to work more that return game. He moves pretty well side to side.
He'll get there. He needs experience. His ranking is high enough that he's got direct entry into every tournament he plays so he'll be able to get a ton of quality match play for the rest of the year, barring injury.

What's with the kids these days not being good on grass?
Actually FAA, Medvedev, and Tsits have hopes for Wimbledon. Berrettini if you wish to include looks like a freight train on grass. Berrettini is unbroken on serve in his two tournament wins this year. Good enough for 2nd all time behind Federe at 4.o_O

Felix doesn't seem to be that strong on running groundstrokes either. Seems to always hit them into the bottom of the net. It may be mostly to do with him figuring out his movement on grass though.

He moves well but i think it’s him trying to adjust to the grass. Gotta work on that part of his game.

There's the break and the first set for Felix. He finished it on a solid point but I have to admit it was a fortunate game for him. The Greek made some odd, costly errors.

I'll take it though!

Break point for Tsitsipas to open the 2nd set...

...saved by Felix. Tsitsipas can't believe it. Felix sent a backhand passing shot that he could have easily put away but he let it go and it dropped on the line.

Two quick points later and Felix holds.
