None of them is at his best currently.

Zverev was in a slump. Seems to be getting out of it but still struggling in some matches vs lesser players. I didn't see his today's match. Judging by the scoreline he was very good, especially in the 1st set, but maybe it was Rublev who was playing crap?

Fed on the other hand didn't look very sharp today vs Goffin either. He hasn't played much tennis lately (not sure if LC should count as competitive tennis) and may be a bit rusty too.

At the end of the day Roger should prevail but I won't be surprised it Zverev takes it.

Y'know it's cute that the youngsters can cause these 'upsets' over the big 3 at Masters tournaments but it's just a joke that both Zverev and Tsitsipas lost 1R at Wimbledon and Tsitsipas also lost 1R at the USO. Means nothing if you can't do it at the slams (yes I know Tsitsipas beat Federer at the AO but he's gone 3-3 at the slams since).
