It all went south after his marriage. He's said a few times that he's more interested now in his personal life with his wife than in training and traveling the world.

You do have to consider the caliber of his opponent though. Albot isn't exactly a world beater. He's never even beaten a top 10 player in his career.

I still cry about the legendary match vs Djokovic in 2013. One of the best matches in AO I've ever seen. No happy end for me but despite that I often rewatch the highlights of it.
