From deleted thread Bull vs. Sheet:
My gut tells me this won't be a blowout like Montreal. Meddy is a mental giant and a quick learner. I'm calling Medvedev for the upset. 1st set will be crucial. Whoever wins that, wins the match.
I agree. If Medvedev gets 1st set, it will boost his self-confidence and it will be difficult for Nadal to turn the match. The fact to today is, that Nadal never won the GS final outside RG, in which he lost the 1st set.

Nadal will no doubt repeat his strategy implemented in Montreal to expose Daniil's movement and baseline flaws by abusing angles. I do not expect it to work nearly as well this time around unless Daniil's physical issues flare up again. I think Rafael is in for a real battle here.

Rafa is going to win the match, that's what is important to me! (:

Rafa in straights. Medvedev may sneak out set two, but Nadal in straights is the wise and prudent call. It would be a significant shock if Medvedev managed to win this and I don't think he's mentally tough enough, not by a long shot. His serving has been atrocious all tournament as well.

I couldn't watch his match (midnight in India).
What actually happened? Did he give some comments afterwards?
@HetTheGreaterer Medvedev had a left quad issue during the Wawrinka match. He took an MTO where the trainer heavily taped his thigh and it restricted Med's movement. During the next changeover he had the trainer cut off the tape but throughout set one and into set two he was clearly hampered. He took painkillers and by sets 3-4 he looked to be OK. He said in his post-match presser after DImitrov that he was at 90% and the two days off helped him.

Well, AO 2014 still happened. And Med is actually a tougher opponent than Wawrinka who didn't have even a masters title back then.

True but would you really bet against the great Spaniard in this position. He’s not facing Djokovic, so Rafa is a big favourite.

I rate meddy though. He’s a very good player but he’s up against the very best tomorrow and also a beast overall in major finals!

Nadal is the favorite, but far from a lock to win it. Med is really in crazy form these last few tournaments.

I didn't see any asterisk next to Wawrinka's name on the 2014 AO Trophy.
No one gives a sh*t whether Rafa was injured or not.
He got blasted off the court. You the delusional one.

Wawrinka is the champion sure but you'd have to be blind to not see that Rafa was unable to move in the final because of his back. No matter how angry that fact makes you it will always be true.

Spicy Pizza sauce
Green chillies
Jalepenos
Onions
Mushroom
Hot Liquid cheese poured over all these
A layer of finely shredded mozzarella
The base made of whole wheat thin crust
I would have to say no to this because I don't fancy mushrooms.

The layer of finely shredded mozzarella does sound appetizing. I'd like to find out how fine your shredding is.

@DRII has fingers crossed that there's no Russian interference hurting the deserving winner of this contest :p:laughing:

More seriously, good luck to them both!
