I think it's mostly a Federer fan thing, but the true Nadal fans do get a bit nervous, that's only natural. The total Rafa fanatics will believe in RAFA until the end, until he loses and then they scatter. And when they come back they blame injury for Nadal's losses and say he "morally won" anyway.
