I still don't see how Nadal can win this match. Kyrgios will not stop serving so great. He is untouchable on serve. Nadal can only hope to hold his own serve and win another tie break. This will be very hard to do.

I've got to say: It's nice to see Djokovic fans cheering on Nadal. It's very unusual to see Fed fans actually supporting Nadal. Half of those are calling Nadal a cheater etc etc.

To my earlier point about Djokovic fans being good sports. True tennis fans.
Djokovic fans are not supporting Nadal, they are hating Kyrgios because he called out Djokovic's cringy celebrations.

Agree completely. There is far more mutual respect in play from the fans perspective in the Djokodal rivalry than Djokerer or Fedal.

I think it comes from Djokovic and Nadal's fanbases being forged together against a common enemy, the Federer. Only once Federer got older and his dominance cooled down by 2010 did they become each other's top rival.

Getting an extended look at center court, I have to say I don't see how anyone thinks it's at the all time slowest. Rafa is blasting 125 mph aces.

The bounce seems as low as ever, although it is later in the day and cooler, and early in the tourney, so that makes sense.

Power, athleticism, speed, skill, loads of drama and entertainment lasting hours. Compare that to a 45 minute 6-1 6-0 borefest in the women's game. These two players showing why women shouldn't be in the same pay stratosphere as the men.

Nadal is a sore loser. Everyone knows this haha
The worst he's done is complain in the press room about missing critical shots, when he clearly missed critical shots. (Take the Shapovalov match for instance.)
Complaining about missing a critical shot isn't being a sore loser. Sure, Djokovic doesn't do that, but that's not equivalent to being a sore loser.

Tired about the commentators banging on about "Kyrgios is such a talented player". Win something if you're talented then.
That’s the point, he’s talented to even be where he is.
He’s on the pro tour and doesn’t have a coach ffs. That’s why he doesn’t improve, because he has no one to develop his skills and he probably wouldn’t listen to them if he did.
Now that’s his fault but it doesn’t make him any less talented.

Well we have about a dozen pro players making comments about how it's been playing very slow this year.

And how is blasting aces against a horrid returner evidence of court speed?
