I don't know about Djokovic. But I doubt that Nadal will win many more French Opens. The next time Thiem will get him probably.
Clay is such a physical surface. Impossible to dominate as you get older.

Which “younger” player do you think will “eventually” separate them self from the pack and start winning majors?

Congrats to Djo blnt RBA,,Djokovic to the Finals 62 46 63 62,,RBA nice showing picks up semi final points -720 and semi finals dinero..

Cheers

Enjoyed that net cord on the set point, Center Court chumps? I swear to God this is the not last time Earth's Mightiest will make you feel miserable.

He is here to stay for a little longer. IDEMO!

RBA played well. Djoker, after turning off his brain in set 2, managed to get his head on straight for the last two sets. Still, I never see anything in RBA that suggests he would threaten either of the other semifinalists. We'll see if Djoker raises his game in the final. His level will have to be a little higher, I think, and Nadal and Fed are not uncomfortable around the net, while RBA really hates having to come in.

After the first set Djokovic looked very much beatable, I wish he would play like this in matches against Nadal. But oh well, he doesn't. I expect Nadal to lose today anyway.

Congratulations to Novak Djokovic (:

Very pleased it wasn't a blow out match and that Roberto won one set.

Now I hope that Rafa is in the final on Sunday and can win it. I know it will be difficult but it can be done! (:

Djokovic is in pretty good shape I must say.

And he's got them elastic Bones.

I think he could easily win Slams for the next 5-6 Years ....

It's crazy how Novak has NOT declined at all in terms of movement with age. He is as fast as ever and never looks close to being tired.

He could play till he's 40 at this rate. Maybe it's because of genetics, thin frame, gluten free diet. spirituality, Pepe Imaz - who knows.
But he's one of a kind.

@Hitman Given Nol'es previous 12 months, and if he raises the trophy on Sunday, I would like a break down on how Nole had this run, and why it's special, given that he is now 32 y.o. I don't think either Nadal or Fed have had a similar run post 30 y.o ever. Is it special, and why ? How does it stand against 2011, and 2014-2016 run ?

For me it's even more special, and solidified why he the best player these past 10 years, outshining both Nadal, and Fed.

Djoker to BBC: "Agut placed his served really nicely and I got a bit tight in the second and third set. The match could have gone a different way."

Things change fast after 35. Not saying he can't do it but the drop is much steeper.

I have no idea. There isn't anyone. Except Thiem on clay. I think Thiem will win RG 2020.

All other surfaces I just see Novak winning slams, until someone else (new player) comes along or Novak breaks Feds record and gets bored.
