EDIT: ok I think I get it, when two are tied it's the hth record, but when three are tied it's the % of set won...

Exactly. Nadal has the worst set win-loss record no matter how Zverev beats Medvedev.

Nadal is 4-4 in sets, while Zverev would be 4-2 or 4-3 if he wins. Tsitsipas is also currently 5-2 in sets.

So Nadal would have the worst sets win-loss record among him, Zverev and Tsitsipas.

Btw, watched this final highlights a few days ago. Crazy, but the quality of tennis was actually getting higher and higher from 1st to 4th set. And Nadal was the better player in both 3rd and 4th set, but choked an easy overhead on bp (or deuce) and got tight in the last games. 5th set dropped in quality but had a lot of drama.
