Only section I can see having a breakthrough would be the third quarter with Halep and Bencic. The winner of Swiatek/Vekic has a good shot but that’s it in my opinion.

Osaka - totally flat, she didn't even bother (or didn't know how) to put on a fight
Venus - not surprising at all

Honestly, I don't think Gauff can even pass Kenin/Zhang or Jabeur/Wang, those "old" girls will want nothing more than beating the new WTA IT girl and at the biggest stage, you can bet they will go out of their way to take down Gauff.

Well, that poster is harsh but it's also true that Osaka has gone off a disappointing trajectory after winning AO last year. Made a totally weird decision about her coach and since then has kept sliding. It looked like she could be the next great player but the way it's going, she might settle for being another two slammer like Vika, Petra or Mugu.

Huge fightback from Kenin. Zhang led 5-2 and had a total of 4 set points but Kenin wins 5 straight games to take it 7-5.

She was great during Asian Swing and not too bad when losing to Pliskova (Had a match point). It's not like she's going downhill ala Muguruza. Still has hope for her.

Serena Williams loses to Nobody. if she loses it Is because she was playing horrible or making too many UE's. because Serena is better than everybody, nobody beats serena when she is 100 %, not even Margaret court. This is really true actually.

Naomi has lost her focus. after her slam wins Why is this a trend? Halep, Stephens, I'm not a Barty fan so it's getting hard to watch later rounds.
