Yep, the only other who can do it is Medvedev. But Medvedev has an additional weapon that Bautista-Agut doesn't have -- that huge serve. This is the thing that makes Medvedev have so much more potential. But Medvedev still doesn't have the net game, yet. He needs that to get to that next level.

Let's please stop overrating Medvedev. He just had one good "part" of the season - Fall 2019.
He is nowhere near the same player. He doesn't look any closer to winning a slam. And I wouldn't think much of him against Novak at slam level.
There's a lot of deficiencies in Medvedev's game - his forehand and net play not the least of them. Plus his serve is nowhere near the 2019 level.
