No it depends on Djokovic. If Djokovic does well in Dubai then even if Rafa wins Acapulco, Novak will stay no1. Both Rafa and Djoko are big favourites in their respective tournaments. Both got good draws

That Thiem-Rafa match was the highest level match of the Australian Open, so if Rafa duplicates even 70% of that form it'll be enough to win this title.
And Rafa is a lot fitter this year than he was last year when he didn't even win a title until Rome, still won 10 more points than Kyrgios in their Mexico match
