When your winning winning under 50% of your 1st serve points, maybe try and stop rolling them in at 100 mph and below?

There it is, 120 and 129 mph serve speed points won.

I fear Thiem and Medvedev will have an absolute epic in the SF and the winner will be tired for the final and that Zverev will just benefit immensely and walk through to his first slam.
I think they’ll be fine. They’re fit guys and Zverev’s been so up-and-down this event. He’ll donate a set at least from nerves/poor play/double faults.

I don't want Zverev winning the whole thing, but it would bring greater legitimacy (if you can call it that) to a win by Thiem or Medvedev if they beat a fellow nextgenner to win it.

Exactly, nor that they were the old guard like the Big3!
:D

Commentators have lost all hope on Demon lol, askig each other what questions they should ask Thiem post match. Quite unprofessional tbh

I've noticed quite a lot of misery, boredom and despair from the commentators this tournament, at least on the men's side. Does the pandemic depress them or does it speak for the state of the game?

They don't seem as enthusiastic as usual, but that just might be due to lack of quality seen at this USO, I haven't watched many good matches tbh...

All the geriatric and lostgen pigeons being shown as total chumps;)

And will Kokkinakis rise from the dead or will he break his back the next time he tries to run on a tennis court?

Remember when the future of Aussie tennis looked so promising? Hmmmm.

Will De Minaur have a better career than Tomic and Kyrgios?
You could argue that De Minaur's career is basically already better than Tomic's.

ADM has 3 titles Tomic has 4.

Both have made 6 finals, both have a runner up at an ATP500 (ADM has 2)

Both now have a slam QF appearance.

Tomic's career high was #17, ADM's is #18.

ADM also has a Premier Mandatory title in doubles.

De Minaur isn't far from eclipsing all of Tomic's achievements.
