The event is planned, let's hope nothing happens to cause it to be canceled again.

More on my blog.

Similar schedule to what was planned for last year, but in a minor surprise, no events in Las Vegas as had been planned last year, seemingly replaced by Phoenix and Scottsdale. Throw in Surprise being used for every weekend and over half the events are in the greater Phoenix area. Oklahoma City is used for several events in the first half of October, and then Orlando is used for events in late October and November.

For the Vegas thing .... DTC is finalizing hosting 2 or 3 pro tournaments this fall. Challenger/ITF/25KWTA events .... I am guessing that may be one of the reasons Vegas is out this year

Seeing all of Texas out as well as Mobile.

Looks like they are hoping for places with consistently decent weather, although OKC still there and Orlando can be tricky at times. I think Phoenix is a great choice.

Yep, commented on the weather on my blog. With the majority in the Phoenix area and OKC earlier and Orlando later, they at least are cognizant of standard weather patterns and are trying to avoid problem spots/dates.

Have all sections except the 2 in Cali started play?
Haven't heard a peep from Norcal regarding starting leagues.

Middle States had a non-advancing fall league then a winter league for a couple more popular levels, and a somewhat normal mixed season that was suspended for a couple weeks in December but otherwise was on schedule. Spring leagues, which are the primary 18+ and 40+ adult leagues are scheduled as normal from April - June.

I think that is typically done, and the site is Vegas, but isn't done under the USTA League Nationals umbrella, at least it isn't listed on any of the pages/PDFs about league nationals.

Yep, you are correct. I posted about this in the other thread.
