2021 WTA Sudden Death League: Wimbledon

for the WTA SDL .. @PDJ and @Aussie Darcy a wee tightening of the rules regarding using "save" picks..

We are going to tighten the rules up going forward, perhaps something along the lines of..

3. Please nominate a winning player to replace your losing player and also make a new pick from players that are available to you at the time of save.

You mean as of next year?
It would be harsh to change a rule mid season.
I will use my save and decide whom to burn.

As of now.. It's only came to light at this tournament due to the top/bottom of the Slams and players picking 1 round further on. So from now on all future picks are void when you are k.o. and you must re-pick your next pick when you decide to save.

To be honest, I don't really understand but assume my pick above is correct.
I assume this also applies to the ATP SDL.

Yes, ATP as well. It's to avoid someone knowing the result of their future pick before deciding to go with a save.. which is effectively 2 free picks.
 
Looks like WTA Indian Wells will be happening 4th to 17th October.

All the WTAcChina/Japan tournies are cancelled...except WTA Finals which is TBA

The WTA Chicago Women’s Open has been added to the 2021 calendar, a new WTA 250 tournament in Chicago scheduled the week of August 23.

You've been warned and banned before for abusing other players. I've reached out to you today to ask you to remove your posts and I got the usual smart replies.

Last year you were warned ... Further harassment of other players next year and it's a total ban and removal of records.

So that is exactly what is happening.

You are receiving a permanent ban and removal of all mention of your name in records etc.

100% agreed. We have had this discussion, I stand by this and what I said before. I'm not making a long post, just saying that this issue is now considered settled. I'd recommend ignoring the person in question going forward if
 
Keys, that is so disappointing. That is why I never go with her, decided to give her a try and she blows it. Darn. She had a great chance to get into the quarters.

@gn Pliskova would have been perfect. I almost went Muchova as well. Such is life. On to the next tournament. Now just get to sit back and see how this Wimbledon plays out. Should be fun.
