Can't believe I'm rooting for Murray in basically every match he plays nowadays, never liked the guy that much nor his game before. But, if the alternative is LostGen, then Muri goat FTW!

Basil is one of those guys who if you showed his highlights to non tennis fans they’d 100% believe he’s the best in the world. Murray doesn’t have the legs to absorb all that pace once Niko stops missing.

''Murray must not enable the Georgian.''

How very Chris Moltisanti. He's probably Murray's sponsor.
I'm happy for you guys who don't understand Serbian, our commentators are just...well, will try to put it politely, Andrew Castle is the king of objectivity compared to their bias towards Serbian players.

This is going to end 6-1, 1-6, 6-1, 1-6, 7-6

Edit: nvm, Basilashvili just screwed up with a double fault

Watching from 2nd set. Basilashvilli is ball bashing every single shot with no real tactical play or consistency. All depends whether Murray can counter it and his stamina.

Murray sound effects getting it done.

That was a delightful teasing drop shot. Murray gets the break. Yes, I'm ready for the immediate break back. Are you?

Basil has more shot making talent in his finger than Murray's entire body. But Murray' pushing skills are out of this world (even with metal part in body).

Set point for Murray! Commentators keep talking about how one side of the court gives you aces and winners but the other doesn’t, strange.

Basilashvili is not super underrated or super overrated. He's simply a gambler.

He goes for whatever shot he feels like, regardless of what traditional tactics would prescribe. Sometimes it works out and he hits outrageously good shots. Other times he makes really silly errors.

As a gambler, he's not really bothered by this. He just hopes to make more than he misses when it counts.

Gotta get to bed but I’m already predicting:

Basilashvili starts clicking and gets the 4th set, Andeh puts up a valiant fight going up a break, down a break, then back on level terms in the 5th, fights until the end, ultimately loses. That script is 90% of his matches of his these days.
