I will be fine with whichever player Alcaraz plays - he just needs to win today for the opportunity - I think he can defeat either Cerundolo or Musetti.

PHEW! DREAM FINAL STILL ON!

Both but the underarm serve was a brain fart.

He's got away with the win, thanks to a brain fart from his opponent in the tie breaker. I thought the underarm serve had so much surprise to it that he was unlucky it didn't work. It was pretty well executed.

I was hoping that there would be a third set decider - oh well! Musetti played better than Cerundolo today, deserved the win. Tomorrow is another story though! Vamos Carlos! (:

Musetti has a lot of potential to be the next clay great. He definitely still needs to improve his mental strength because it looked like he was gonna crumble if he lost the 2nd set.

Carlito needs a haircut. That helmet is getting unruly.

It's starting to give [see below] vibes

Youngest guy in the top 100 vs. third youngest guy in top 100. Don't expect much of a contest, but it could be the beginning of a beautiful rivalry.

Alcaraz's forehand today was on fiiiiiiiiiiiiiire.

The second set is the level of play I love to see from Carlitos! He is now 39-5 in 2022; 5-1 in semis. He is yet to lose a set in an ATP tour final - here's hoping his great success will continue tomorrow in the final! (:

That first set was very stressful but thankfully my Carlitos prevailed!!! (:

Arriving late here, sorry.
Saw the highlights in the ATP website of the Musseti Cerundolo match.
Musetti serving underarm at MP(*). What this tell us?

(*): he lost that point, and then the game, but could win in the set tiebreaker. My answer to that question is exactly the same.

Gee, why did Cerundolo let that ball go 3-2 in the tiebreak?

Great play by Lorenzo!!! Love his single handed backhand! First ATP Final!!!!!! Wooow

I actually thought that ball was out too ): Oh well, he did make an effort to try to make a comeback....

Carlos for the WIN tomorrow! (:

What the deuce? Moose is loose!

I hoped he could win it, but had been burned too many times. I guess he said if Janni can beat him, the what can't I? Lol.
