He should have used the palm instead, like Nadal does.

A shame what Rublev has done here.


He had the easiest of putaways to make it a tiebreak, and decided to take it out of the air for no reason at all.

He later missed another easy FH for a tiebreak.

It cost him the set and will probably cost him the match and the win streak.

Yes.

I can tell you as a Rafa fan that the Fritz match would basically be over and I'd be 95% sure he'd win.

Where as against Rublev I would be very conservative and cautious.
