Kyrgios is the only reason I’m watching this match. Box office attraction :cool:
The Mickey Rourke of tennis. He’s a complete nutcase, but you love him anyway.
 
It seems like I've watched this 100 times.

Nick get annoyed at the crowd or something else (walkie talkie), cant let it go, keeps muttering to himself between points and on the changeovers, eventually it affects his play and he loses.
 
Kyrgios is going to give Bernardes another heart attack if he carries on like this. Who says Kyrgios doesn't care? He cares so much that he gets very angry when he is not winning. I wish commentators would stop saying how good he is for the game.
 
Just a reminder that kyrgios is playing in an era where there is literally nothing to complain about to the umpire. Maybe a double bounce situation.

Modern tennis, modern life, is a circus. Kyrgios is actually one of the saner members and thus his madness seems tenfold. Still, he is a clown.
 
People saying here how much they hate Kyrgios and his behavior, but you’re watching him. You’re talking about him. Do you participate in Korda vs Kecmanovic threads?

I wouldn't say he's a talented player, his peak is probably only top 20, and a large portion of the tour is capable of top 20.

It's intentional. If he simply kept his head down and then lost straight up he wouldn't have any excuses for the L.

Instead he creates a circus and then blames the circus for the loss.

It's all about protecting his own ego.

2022 Miami Masters 3R: Sebastian Korda (USA) vs Miomir Kecmanovic (SRB)

Very curious to see how this one goes. Sebi has been on fire in Miami after nearly knocking out Rafa in Indian Wells. On the other hand, Captain Mimo has had a recent resurgence. He quickly dispatched FAA in the first round, after his excellent runs Down Under and in IW. What say you?
