FOKIN literally means...

... "seal's" i.e. "belongs to the seal", in Serbian.

That's what it actually means in a way, heh.
Fokin is a Russian surname based on a now obsolete name Foka, which comes from the Greek word for seal, like the Serbian word does. It was probably originally a nickname for someone who was like a seal (fat, jovial?).
