The 2nd clash in a row for these two young guns. Last week, in the Rotterdam ATP 500 semi finals, Felix needed to come from a set behind to beat Rublev, before eventually winning his first ever title in his 8th final by crushing the top seed Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final.

Do you think Felix can win his 2nd title in a row? Or would it be yet another 250 title for Rublev? Who's in the better form and will take the prize back home?

@ForehandRF @Nole Slam @Backspin1183 watching??

Its early morning tomorrow

I'll be there. Allez Felix!!
Not that I don't like Ruby, but FAA is more well-rounded. I find Andrey a most intriguing stoic ball-basher. What you see is what you get. In contrast, Felix is a thinker (often to his disadvantage) and someone who wants to be a good role model. He almost works too hard. But I admire him very much.

Neither have a mean bone in their body.

I agree with this very much. But FAA has improved in that overthinking department. A few hours ago, Felix proved that he's become the tiebreak player. In the first set that he trailed against Saffiullin, he was down 1:4 in the tiebreaker that he managed to win. That's amazing. Then, he won the second tiebreak again. That's not just amazing but intelligent too.

Yes, his record in tiebreaks is pretty good...that's one reason why I didn't doubt he would a title. Winning tiebreaks are a sign of a player's mentality.

Glad to hear that, my thoughts as well. I do like Rublev and Medvedev, both add some spice to the tour. I don't like to get political but the good people of Russia deserve a decent democracy, such friends they would be. Anyway, allez Monsier Felix!

I agree.

While Medvedev has had a few 'episodes', that I definitely didn't like, I believe it is just due to his emotion. I actually think he is a cool dude. I don't believe he his malicious.

I am happy to cast a wide net as I look to tennis players to support. In the end I care if they aren't major jerks who don't care about anyone.

I am pulling for Rublev too. He has been hitting the ball well this week, and I think this surface suits his big ground game.

I want Felix the cat to win in Straights but think it'll be a 3 setter with one blowout set.

3 more hours until this match starts! Rooting for Felix to make it two in a row!

3 final matches in one day! Come Felix, Cam, and Carlos!!!!

they play again? lol (not so long time ago already played and the outsider won back then haha), now probably favorite (muger) gonna win

I love the way Rublev plays. He’s a one dimensional ball basher but it’s satisfying to watch

some funny fat dude forgot to disable flash on his phone

Felix definitely doesn't have his A game today, that's for sure. Not serving well, missing a lot more rally ground strokes, and not finding any of the good passing shots he has been making regularly the last couple weeks.
