1. Who will win the most titles? - Zverev (have a feeling 2022 is the year). Djokovic will not play enough tournaments to claim this spot
2. Who wins their first Masters 1000? - Ruud (Monte Carlo, Madrid or Rome)
3. Will we see at least one Slam final between Medvedev and Zverev? Definitely
4. Will Cam Norrie win a second M1000? No
5. Can Aslan Karatsev repeat after his breakthrough year? No, I think that was it. He is where he belongs now
6. Will Andrey Rublev be higher ranked than Jannik Sinner by end of year? No
7. Does Tsitsipas maintain a spot in the top 4? If he recovers well - Yes
8. Does Felix Auger-Aliassime win his first title (finally)? Yes
9. Does Matteo Berrettini reach SF at any Grand Slam? No - his backhand is too big of a liability
10. Does someone outside of the big 3 take the top spot at any point in the year? (Name the player) Perhaps Medvedev or Zverev but I feel that Djokovic will hold it throughout 2022

In 2022:

1. Who will win the most titles? I would not be shocked if Zverev won another 5-6 titles next season. Don't see anyone getting much more than that.
2. Who wins their first Masters 1000? Jannik Sinner, I agree with @Bubcay that Casper Ruud is another great choice, though.
3. Will we see at least one Slam final between Medvedev and Zverev? Yes, either AO or USO, imo.
4. Will Cam Norrie win a second M1000? No, I think he's effectively peaked for his career. He'll stick around in the top 25, though.
5. Can Aslan Karatsev repeat after his breakthrough year? Yes, I think he sticks around in the top 20 or 30 for another couple seasons.
6. Will Andrey Rublev be higher ranked than Jannik Sinner by end of year? No, Sinner will leapfrog him to become the highest ranked redhead in the world.
7. Does Tsitsipas maintain a spot in the top 4? Genuinely worried his health is more serious than he's letting on. Even without those concerns, he's not guaranteed a top 4 spot. He'll linger in the top 10 if healthy.
8. Does Felix Auger-Aliassime win his first title (finally)? Depends, he doesn't seem to play too many 250s, lol. I'll say Yes, though. Eternal optimist.
9. Does Matteo Berrettini reach SF at any Grand Slam? Maybe one. I don't think he'll be as dominant at the major level next year as he was this year.
10. Does someone outside of the big 3 take the top spot at any point in the year? (Name the player) I think it's inevitable if Djokovic plays only 8-10 tournaments. Med and Zed are the prime candidates.

Great thread idea, by the way.

1. Who will win the most titles? Zverev is the obvious choice, given as he's most suited to winning on all surfaces. Medvedev might do more on hard (maybe), but I see Zed picking up a clay title or two.
2. Who wins their first Masters 1000? Sinner or Ruud are great choices. Seeing as they're already said, I'll go with Alcaraz. Maybe we'll see huge improvement from him.
3. Will we see at least one Slam final between Medvedev and Zverev? Seeing as the only places that can happen are the AO and the USO, I'd be wary. If I had to predict a slam final, it would be these 2, but I'm going to say no. I expect they'll meet in a slam SF, and if they meet on opposite sides, someone stops the meeting.
4. Will Cam Norrie win a second M1000? Not a chance. Norrie was lucky to get that, I don't see improvement from here. Maybe he'll become a perennial R16-er though.
5. Can Aslan Karatsev repeat after his breakthrough year? I doubt it. He seems like a streaky sort of player, akin to Stan. I think he'll become a new wildcard in the draw where if he plays out of his mind he could upset a top-4 seed, but in 75%+ of cases, he'll just be a regular person.
6. Will Andrey Rublev be higher ranked than Jannik Sinner by end of year? No, Rublev is falling apart and Sinner's doing fine. Rublev was never super competitive against the top contenders anyhow. Sinner is more interesting to see where he goes, and I expect we'll see a bit of improvement, but not top-5 level yet. Rublev will just fall outside the top 8.
7. Does Tsitsipas maintain a spot in the top 4? Well, I definitely see the current Big 3 (Djokovic, Medvedev, Zverev) staying ahead, so he'd have to be the best of the rest. If he remains healthy, yes. Otherwise, no.
8. Does Felix Auger-Aliassime win his first title (finally)? Yes. He's reaching too many finals to not win one. You'd expect even if his chances are really low in a final, he's still supposed to win one... he'll get it, then it'll start clicking. If he wins his first in the first half of the year, I'll even say he wins 2.
9. Does Matteo Berrettini reach SF at any Grand Slam? If he gets healthy, at Wimbledon.
10. Does someone outside of the big 3 take the top spot at any point in the year? (Name the player) Medvedev.

Explanation:
Federer and Nadal have no chance at #1 anymore. That's over. I also don't find pegging Djokovic for at least 2 slams incredibly likely. He'll lose #1 at some point, definitely.

What I see happening is Medvedev's late season of SF+ at every masters + USO + ATP finals F is a monstrous amount of hoarded points. All he needs is a little slack and he'll take #1 sometime in the early season. Whether that's Djokovic losing AO, or picking up points in IW/Miami, or just grinding out some wins on clay, Medvedev will be ranked #1 by the start of Canada. I predict right after RG, when Djokovic's 2k probably drops somewhat.

Sascha Zverev will win most titles

Carlos Alcaraz will win his first M1000

No, med vs zed semifinal would be likely as organisers would not let uso sf-f repeat because nole is going for #21

I don't think cam norrie wins anything above atp500

Aslan will hover around top50.

I don't think Rublev will end up being ranked higher than sinner if the Italian keeps his progress.

Tsitsipas will be out of top4, but will be in top8. Nadal returns to top4 by the end of july.

About FAA, I sure think he will win a title.

Berretini can reach Wimbledon semis, though I'm not counting on it. Repeating his 2021 RG-Wim-US success would be far from guranteed.

Medvedev or Zverev would be ranked number one at some point.

1. Who will win the most titles? Zverev as he’s more versatile than `Medvedev and is dangerous on clay.
2. Who wins their first Masters 1000? Carlos Alcaraz and Sinner
3. Will we see at least one Slam final between Medvedev and Zverev? depends on the draw, I hope not as I don’t enjoy watching either.
4. Will Cam Norrie win a second M1000? No, this was his year, he’ll hang round in the top 30, but outside the top 20.
5. Can Aslan Karatsev repeat after his breakthrough year? I don’t think so, an early exit in Australia could see him spiral down the rankings. But not sure if he hangs on to some of those semis points till August. The rankings are busted..
6. Will Andrey Rublev be higher ranked than Jannik Sinner by end of year? No!
7. Does Tsitsipas maintain a spot in the top 4? Depends on his health, needs a strong clay court season.
8. Does Felix Auger-Aliassime win his first title (finally)? You got to hope so… if he finishes runner up to someone he should beat in 2022 you got to worry.
9. Does Matteo Berrettini reach SF at any Grand Slam? Not sure, there are some younger guys coming through.. if he does it’s on grass at SW19
10. Does someone outside of the big 3 take the top spot at any point in the year? No chance! I’m counting the big three as Zverev, Medvedev and Novak..

With 1 Slam between the players not named Novak, they aren't exactly big. More like little 3 + Novak.

But you can hardly class Federer as a ‘Big 3‘ player considering he’ll be ranked outside the top 100 soon and has already said he won’t play the first two, possibly 3 slams of this year…

The term 'Big 3' was coined to describe Federer, Nadal and Djokovic and their extraordinary achievements, and it is not applicable to any top three players of the day. I think that is what @Aabye5 was trying to say...

The term Big 3 was coined to describe the 3 players that were vying for every big title. Seeing as the term started seeing use in 2007-2008 (along with Big 4 when including Murray) it couldn't have been describing achievements since Djokovic/Murray had fewer than 2 slams until 2011 rolled around.

I think it makes perfect sense to roll up a new Big 3 if we start seeing 2 of Medvedev, Zverev, and Djokovic in practically every final, then it'll make sense to call them a Big 3. But if the results are the way they have been (they're the most common, but not strikingly so) then Big 3 may not be warranted.

Perhaps, but in the minds of most of the people in tennis community, the term Big 3 will be associated with 'the Fedalovic'. At least for me it will... Maybe there will be a next Big 3, but I sincerely doubt that it will match the accomplishments of Fedalovic...

That's what I mean. The greedy trio "formerly" known as the Big 3 shut everything out. Barely left any M1000s, much less Slams on the table for the second tier during the peak of their reign of terror. No foe or surface was left unscathed.

So far, we haven't seen that with Med and Zed. Moreso if you include Tsitsipas, but still not as dominant. If these two (or 3) start showing that level of play, they'll can be the Big 3, the New Big 3, or some other name.

I'm not ready to call them that yet.

Then it's the former big 3, or the current big 1, but you can't really call Med and Zed "big" yet. They'll probably get there, but let's wait until then.

I get what you’re saying but the Big three hasn’t really been a thing this year with both Nadal and Fed on crutches for weeks on end, but I get it. I don’t class Med and Zverev as ‘that big 3‘, I took it as the top 3 as whilst the positions might change between them, I don‘T see any of those three slipping out of the top 3, unless Nadal stuns us with a stupendous season, but that foot worries me at the moment.
