He has done worse at both schlems that have been played this year so far. Went out a round earlier in the AO to a far worse player in Berry compared to Hewitt. Obviosly RG speaks for itself.

And the loss to Blake wasn't even bad. He made the QF and pushed Agassi to 5. And that Agassi gave peak Fed a fight until he ran out of gas.

Zverev Is my favourite player why does it suck he won? He is a great guy.

Well what can't be denied is he just played great tennis. Bombing the serve, variety and accuracy. Thunderous, penetrating groundies with suffocating depth. If he can turn the corner here and maintain this level then RG could be his. Just hope he can maintain this sort of standard because great tennis is good for tennis.

That was certainly the slam match of Zverev's life. Impressive to hold it together when it was all going against him. Still convinced this may end up Alcaraz's worst major, so no great loss. He did well to pull it together after those first two sets, but in the end it was the easy backhand into the net on set point that cost him in amidst all the amazing stuff he was doing.

Nice win for Myself, kept the level high and didn't let the yips get to him. Rats just missed way too much, including a couple of unforgivable ones down the stretch. I thought the kid would win but I'm kinda happy he didn't. Anything anyone can do to slow down his rise to utter dominance is probably good for the game.

Z also managed to throw in a lil Z-gem during the on-court interview with Corretja: "I can't really talk right now, even though usually I'm a very good talker."
