Well yea but Nadal doesn't come out playing like a demon against guys like this these days. He saves his higher levels for later on. He used to play lights out from the start of a tournament but not anymore.

Rafa should be fine for his first 4 rounds, I just looked at the draw again and can't see many pitfalls at all
It's the QF against (potentially) Djokovic where things could look dramatically different.

Nadal is gonna have to serve very well to have any chance to beat novak. Last year he didn’t win many points especially on his second serve against novak. He won like 40 percent of his second serve. That’s very rare for nadal.
